Community Health Free Clinic

Community Health Free Clinic seeks to alleviate human pain and suffering by providing access to and delivery of compassionate health care. Founded in 2002, the Clinic provides free medical, dental, vision and prescription services for community members without access to or the ability to pay for healthcare. The ability to deliver compassionate care to all those in need — and to do so with respect, collaboration, stewardship, and education — guides the Clinic’s processes and programs. CHFC never charges for services and is not reimbursed by the government. The Clinic is funded through the generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations.
