Four Oaks Family and Children’s Services assures that children become successful adults by helping them overcome barriers to success. Four Oaks’ programming focuses on empowering children and families to achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and permanency.
Services include therapy, mental and behavioral health services, youth residential care, therapeutic classrooms, supportive housing, foster care and adoption support, along with other community-based services for children, teens, young adults and families.
The unique TotalChild® approach enables the organization to create a continuum of care that comprehensively addresses the needs of children and families to achieve positive short and long-term outcomes. Headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Four Oaks serves nearly 27,000 children and families across the state of Iowa each year.
