Gems of Hope

Gems of Hope’s mission is to bring hope to cancer patients and their families. The Gifts of Hope are handmade cards with an inspirational message and small-gift, distributed to hundreds of cancer patients throughout Iowa every month. Children’s programming has focus to those that have been impacted by a cancer diagnosis. Pages of Hope, a library program that donates books to local schools; What About Us, a program for kids ages 5-12, and youth programming of Cancer Really Sucks.
