Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity

Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical Christian housing ministry dedicated to building and rehabilitating safe, decent, and affordable homes in partnership with families living in Linn and Benton counties. Partner families invest hundreds of hours in sweat equity towards the construction of their homes and other Habitat homes while making monthly payments on an affordable mortgage. Since 1988, Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity has served over 300 families to date; families who would otherwise not be able to afford adequate housing. The organization seeks to serve up to 30 households in an average year through its combination of available programs.
