Leaders Believers Achievers

The LBA Foundation’s (Leaders Believers Achievers) mission is to help the youth of the community find hope and purpose. LBA works to support the development of dreams into goals and foster the creation and implementation of concrete plans to make them all a reality. There is equal support for life paths in skilled trades, college prep, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. LBA works closely with community partners to connect youth to job shadows, internships and apprenticeships, as well as finding ways to participate in community service projects to instill a sense of giving back. Ultimately, this organization strives to do all possible, so each young person feels equipped to maximize all of their opportunities.
