Together We Achieve
Together We Achieve unites the personnel, skills, and resources of people from all walks of life, and deploys them in times of need. This organization offers the only evening choice pantry operating six days a week in Cedar Rapids, including evening and weekend hours to overcome possible access barriers for clients.
In addition to a wide variety of perishable and nonperishable food items, TWA offers personal care and household items. Hot meals are served to-go style two times a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Several additional programs are offered, including: 12K in 2021 food box distribution (1000 food boxes distributed per month in 2021), Turkey Time Together food box give away, Family! Feast! Fun! holiday food box give away, Free Chainsaw loan program, Winter Wear give away, Heater and Fan program, and operation of the Iowa Derecho Storm Resource Page.
