Linn County Chaplaincy Program dba Fresh Start Ministries

Fresh Start Ministries strives to provide hope and holistic services to men and women during and after incarceration, with a vision of helping them make successful transitions into the community. Fresh Start Ministries offers supportive, spiritual, and emotional care during incarceration, with aftercare programs that help with transitional needs such as employment, transportation, housing, mentoring and spiritual growth. For reentering citizens, pathways are created to encourage redemption, giving individuals access to resources and support that will encourage success. They believe every human being is worthy of respect and should be given an opportunity to create a fulfilling life for themselves and their families in our community.
